Required properties:

• compatible: Should be “oxsemi,ox810se-rps-timer” or “oxsemi,ox820-rps-timer”
• reg : Specifies base physical address and size of the registers.
• interrupts : The interrupts of the two timers
• clocks : The phandle of the timer clock source
