Meson GXBB SoCs Watchdog timer

Required properties:

• compatible : should be “amlogic,meson-gxbb-wdt”
• reg : Specifies base physical address and size of the registers.
• clocks : Should be a phandle to the Watchdog clock source, for GXBB the xtal

   is the default clock source.
