Cadence TTC - Triple Timer Counter

Required properties:

• compatible : Should be “cdns,ttc”.
• reg : Specifies base physical address and size of the registers.
• interrupts : A list of 3 interrupts; one per timer channel.
• clocks: phandle to the source clock
