Lantiq SoC ASC serial controller

Required properties:

• compatible : Should be “lantiq,asc”
• reg : Address and length of the register set for the device
• interrupts: the 3 (tx rx err) interrupt numbers. The interrupt specifier
  depends on the interrupt-parent interrupt controller.
